In order to try to maintain the accessibility of our school to families from a variety of financial circusmstances, we try to keep the tuition low. This means that tuition alone does not cover the costs of running our school. We rely on the entire school community to raise funds throughout the year to support our normal operations and to meet any additional wants and needs of the school community. Families are encouraged to participate actively in the operation of the school and in our fundraising efforts throughout the year and to make tax-deductible financial contributions to the school when possible to ensure the vitality of our organization.
Payment PlansWe do offer a payment plan to try and accomodate family needs. Families can choose to pay in full or break tuition into two, three or seven payments.
Tuition AssistanceWe are aware that even with a payment plan, the tuition rate we have set rate is still prohibitive to some families and we strive to be accessible to all. If paying for tuition under a payment plan still will not work for you, we encourage you to think creatively, reach out to resources around you and contact us. We hope to have some some form of tuition assistance for 2008-2009 and are currently working out the details. Please start by checking out the Maine Childrens Scholarship Fund to see if you may be eligible for a scholarship.
